The 950-ASH-D is a rugged gas detection and field survey tool that detects the presence of hydrocarbons at a fire scene, and is equally effective as a general purpose gas detector. A built-in digital display shows readings as a dial, bar graph, or wedge. It includes selectable UV and white light at the end of the probe, making it a useful enhanced investigation tool.

Overview
The 950-ASH-D is a non-calibrated scanner for the detection of hydrocarbons, accelerants, petroleum volatiles, and various gases. A rugged gas detection and field survey tool, it detects hydrocarbons that may exist at a fire scene and is equally effective as a general purpose gas detector.
Readings are shown on a built-in digital display with selectable dial, vertical bar graph, and wedge views, plus a countdown screen during sensor warm-up.
It includes selectable UV and white light at the end of the probe, a purge function, and a mute option. The device is USB rechargeable with a low-battery indicator and requires no calibration. Each unit ships with a hard carrying case and a 120VAC battery charger.
